Our journey together begins with a comprehensive consultation. We'll provide you with an informational packet, a detailed Estate Sale Checklist (with clear instructions on the DO's and DON'Ts of sale preparation), and our Estate Sale Agreement. This initial step ensures you have all the knowledge and tools you need to prepare for a successful liquidation.

Agreement and preparation
Once you're ready, typically 2 weeks to 2 months after our consultation, simply submit your signed Estate Sale Agreement. From that moment on, you can sit back and relax. We handle all aspects of the liquidation, allowing you to focus on what matters most to you. We even offer to revisit options for any remaining items after the sale, based on your preferences.
